E.J. Gold's framed "Shoestring Prints" are portraits of Duke Ellington, Billie Holiday, Bud Powell, Thelonius Monk, and Herbie Hancock (to name a few).  The Jazz Bags (ceramic vases) of Robbert Trice were specially commissioned by LACMA Museum Store Director Cim Castellon, along with JazzWare vases, trays, mugs and bowls, for the Museum's Rhapsodies in Black exhibit.
